Hey,

I would love to be a TF success story. In the past I wouldnt be seen dead admitting to being on a diet but ever since joining TF I cant stop bragging. Ive already convinced family and friends to join and they love it too. I started out at 89 and am now down to 72 and am loving it. Im only young but I still need to look after myself. So if your ever up North QLD I would love to help out

THANKS

Keri

Hi My name is Lindsay I have just joined the Forum pages and I thought I would tell you my story I began the program on the 22 of July and my last weigh in my local Pharmacy was on Saturday to date I lost 11.2 kg which I am thrilled with I have along way to go and hope to continue the great success that I have achieved to date I started the program for health reasons due to having a heart condition last year June 2005 I have taken that long to understand that I needed to improve my self for my self and to be on this earth for my Sons and Wife. I hope to continue my weight loss as I need to achieve a 50kgs loss and that is a big ask for any one who loves food as I do but I am on my way and that is the most important thing. Regards Lindsay

Hi there, I started on last day of October this year. This weigh in has been my seventh week on the TF program, to date I have dropped 24kg and 18 cm from my waist. I have completely changed my lifestyle and diet and feel over 100% better for it.

As a person who had a salad phobia and heavy addiction to coke, I used to spend most days asleep on the couch waiting to go to work, now I find I have so much extra energy that sometimes after work I need to take a walk so I can get to sleep at night.

Tony Ferguson's program has completely changed my life, I only hope I can make sure it is a permanent change.

First time on the forums, what a fun community we have going on here.

I'm in my fifth week and have lost the below amount!!

Am finding it a little tough as I suppose I want to see bigger results quicker. But I'm still excericising and motivated to keep going?

How are you all finding it?

i think this is the best diet i have ever been on.. my results can be seen in my signature.

I think it should be called a wellness program not a diet as i dont really feel like i am dieting most of the time.

Gday all, I am new to the forum so hear goes. I am Male started on the TF Program July 17 this year and weighed in with a BMI of greater than 40. My goal weight is 110 kgs but if I can get to 105 kgs I will be totally satisfied. I am 6 feet 5 inches tall and was totally obese. As of October 22 and only a tick over 3 months on the TF program I have dropped 30 kgs and just on 20 cms around my waist. The program has given me heaps of energy and I am totally motivated to stick to this program like glue and hit my goal weight then maintain it. The girls at the weightloss centre have been fantastic and at my next weigh in I hope to have dropped at least another 2 kgs.
The TF program is brilliant and so simple to stick to. Water is the key.
