Hi,
My name is Omar Guerra, from Menai NSW.
I hear about Tony's diet during a trip to Brisbane, as sooners I got back to sydney I joined the program, 16/08/07 since then I went from 98kg to 81kg.
I lost 17kg and I never fill better, I will rich my gol next week and ready for stage 2.

i just wanted to say good luck to you <> and please wish me the same i am just gonna start my diet program next week
i did use tony program before i lost 9 kilos in 1 months but i had some reasons to stop but now i am so interesting to do it again good luck to you and .............. ALL THE MEMBERS AS WELL BYE HEND

HI OMAR.
first of all i want to wish you the best and very good luck in ur diet program ..
i am so happy with this program i used it for 7 weeks and lost 9 kilos its really so good and now i am going to start it again cuz i need to loss about 20 kilos more so wish me good luck and inshallah you will get what you want soon salam
