there is actually a video on youtube if you do a search. When I was looking at these some time ago, they say you can make up to 8 in a large pot of water. Easy Sunday breakfast. You just set up a line of ingredients, let everyone put what they want in the bag and hey presto!

Oh dear.

I tried this last night... I got glad bags...

The heat of the saucepan melted the bag open....

Was kind of odd looking, but then my BF found a big chunk of plastic in his not so omlette 'omlette' lol.... um.

I then realised that zip lock bags are different to snap lock bags... OOPS!!!!!! still num though! Will have to try that one again.... next time with zip locks.

I cooked up the omlete yesterday and it was absoultely delicious. Friends at work had their eyes pop out of their heads when they saw it and one of my friends who is also on the TF diet tried it and loved it she is going to cook them up too.
