I thought it would be a great idea to start posting whats on special in the shops, you know our Caffeine Free DC, the Chicken Tonight Sauces, DD Lollies (did you know they are cheaper at priceline, target, bigw rather than TW?) etc etc.

Ill start!!!

WA - this week (ending 14.07.07) - Woolies has 2 x 18 blocks of CFDC for $18. Coles has Chicken Tonight sauces on special but I can't remember the price.

Ok - anyone else?

Started TF 24.03.2007 80.5kg
First Goal Weight 65kg - achieved 16.06.07!
Maintenance began 19.09.07 at 57.7kg - Size 10 and loving life!

Struggling - starting again but STILL LOVING LIFE & Still a Size 14 at 73kgs 01.09.2008

At Coles today, they have a carton of 24 cans of Coke for $10.50 (just under 45c/can). They seemed to have fewer of the caffeine free diet Coke than any other type, but while they are there, I bought a carton. I usually works out cheaper to buy the bottles, but the cans are so convenient. I didn't check if they had the Sprite Zero as well.

Woolworths this week (sale ending Saturday 28th July) have Caff Free Diet Coke 18 pack for $7.99 which equates to 45c a can.

Don't forget that if coles don't have a product in stock that is in the catalogue you can get a raincheck valid for 30 days. I assume woolies have the same option. Just go to the service desk to get one.
