thank you Barb you have showed me the error of my ways.

this time last month TOM got me big time and ever since i'm like it's just one plate of chips, it's just one piece of chocolate, it's just one bowl of pasta but what i wasn't watching was it was that one thing that was stopping me losing. if all of you can lose weight with no excuses so can i.

I can so relate to falling off the wagon. I weigh in tomorrow for week 7. I am loving the program, it works - I have lost 6.7kgs in 6 weeks, but I can't help myself. I am always picking or having what I shouldn't be.

I know I can do this, but don't want to stop have the things I am not allowed. Maybe I am meant to be the size I am.

Does anyone have any ideas what will stop me. The loss to date should be enough to stop me and make me continue, I know I can lose it but it is not working.

I have heard of some many doing this diet on the weekdays and then not on the weekend.

Tomorrow I am going to try and be strong. Start again

Starting Date - 13th August 2007

Starting weight - 84.8kg          Waist - 91cms

Week 1: Loss 2kg and 2cm off waist

all i can think of to do is pay myself to be good. or punish myself. either for every day i am good put $10 away to spend on me or if i am bad put it away to so i can't touch it.  i think i'm going to have to cause nothing else is working. as soon as DH says you shouldn't be eating that i get have a go at him saying he thinks i'm fat and ugly and you get the picture when all he is trying to do is help me and i feel he is attacking me.

lets be strict girls NO MORE NAUGHTY DAYS!!!
