| I TRIED THE APPLE CUSTARD BUT FOUND IT TOO SWEET WITH THE SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER SO I MADE A NORMAL VANILLE SHAKE AND PLACED IT IN A POT. BROUGHT IT TO THE BOIL THEN ADDED SOME WATERED DOEN CORNFLOUR, ABOUT 2 TSPS. THIS THICKENED IT TO A CUSTARD TEXTURE THEN ADDED THE APPLE PIECES AND CINNOMON. VERY VERY NICE.!!!!

Yesterday I made the carrot cake from the main TF recipe section and it was so yummy for breaky and lunch. I just cut a slice and warmed it up and put 1 tbs of extra light cream cheese on top, it was delicious. Also cured my constipation problem with the prunes and fibre added. I am going to freeze the slices and just get them as needed when not feeling like a shake. Will try the banana bread next, good to have variety when you crave it.

| Just had my choccy brekky muffins......tad dissapointed but......... I realised they taste better once left to cool. Next time i wont use paper cases as the mix tends to stick and you need to use a spoon to scrape off EVERY LITTLE TINY PIECE lol , so you dont miss out on even a little bit. I think next time I will just put blobs of the mix on baking paper on a tray instead of using a mini muffin pan. The end result is the taste, doesnt really matter that they may look like the DOGS DINNER lmao. Janine
