This recepie is great for the coming summer Ever had a Iced chocolate from gloria jeans? They're just divine and i was addicted. I invented Tony Ferguson Iced Chocolate Basically, its exacly how gloria jeans make it 1 shake (i used chocolate havent tried others) Ice (make up your mind how much you want) a little bit of water ~~ Put all ingredients into food processor/blender. Blend. Pour into glass and drink! I found it was really, really nice. enjoy

hello i first started back in june and lost and was going great guns but then jumped ship in august coz i had an operation looming. had the op almost 4 weeks ago and have been very greed since, however i am back on board today!! this works better than anything i have ever tried and the flavours are great. i make up a tomato based vegie soup and snack on that whenever i get peckish and sometimes i have an extra shake and have that for my dinner. has anyone tried making up a shake and putting it in ice block moulds? the banana shake tastes exactly like a paddle pop! good job everyone!

Just starting out on this diet, so interested to read others success stories. Debated what diet to choose, but this looks like the best. Good luck to you, and hope i have the same success.Dianna

| Mango soft serve - yummo!!! The Sara Lee outlet had a good special on their frozen mango pieces. I purchased a few bags thinking I might try dehydrating them as I had done this recently with a fresh mango. The fresh mango worked much better than the frozen mango pieces. I then decided to put some frozen mango pieces (a good handful) in the vanilla shake with a spoon of fibre and 6 ice cubes, then blended it. It came out like soft serve ice-cream and was very delish. I wish I knew this a year ago, oh well, better late than never!!!
