Hi all,  These recipes sound great.  I've just started and I was a bit worried that there might not be too much variety.  Worry no more.  I'm definetely going to try some of the yummo recipes.  Just a question if you make a pudding or something are you having it as well as a shake in the morning.?  Is it something extra and if it is will it make a difference? cheers everyone.  PS:  Also is there a newbie forum?

If you are making a pudding out of a shake that is all you can have. Its just different ways of making it and keeping it interesting

can someone please tell me how many muffins you are allowed & if you can have them as a snack instead of the fruit , i also made the banana loaf out of the TF news but im worried as to how much i can have per day

Hey all!

the Introductions forum is good for all you newbies, also check out the supermarket for a list of allowed foods.

If you are having a pudding or cakey thing, remember all you are allowed is one shake worth. So if you put 4 shakes in it, have a quarter. if only one shake, eat it all!

Most recipes are made quite easy to divide. Basically, if it contains a shake, it is your meal!

Hello! With your truffle, do you add in jelly that is already set? Or the jelly mix plus the shake mix, then set?
