Just had a great 'mocha chai latte'!!!  I made up my French Vanilla shake with hot water, added some nutmeg and cinnamon.  YUM!    I need to work out which other spices are in a chai but this was great anyway.

Princess Boss, I was just looking to post about Chai shakes, funny that you have mentioned it right where I was going to put it!

I just made a choc chai pudding by making up my usual pudding recipe with very strongly brewed and cooled chai.  Very yummy. I have also made chai lattes with a chai teabag in the water before I put the cafe latte shake in.

 Hi

I've been on TF for about 6 weeks and i'm allergic to almost all of the shakes.

THey have a food coloring in them(102) that i can't eat.  I can have choc, strawberry and wildberry (yuk). I'm getting pretty bored of having the same shakes everyday any idea's on how to make them a bit more exciting??

X

Put some essences in them to flavour them maybe?
