And a big Thanks from me also, what can I say. You are my Guru.

Love all your pics they are what helps us and gives us the incentive we need. You always have the best advice, and yes the off the wagon ones as well..lol

You are always there to pick us up, and wipe us down, or a slap, what ever the case might be. lol  But you are always there. And that's what counts.

Thanks Heaps Mally.....

Thanks heaps everyone

I'm going to update piccys a couple of times a year to keep me on the straight and narrow, and to prove to Newbies that it is possible to Maintain, it appears to be a question that's often asked around the boards...

I'll probably put them in the Maintenance section also, and if others on Maintenance would consider doing the same it would be great

Love my Forum

Hi Mal

When I look at you it gives me hope that people can change forever and continue to keep that weight off.

To me you are the Queen and Ruler of this wonderful site.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Mallyflea!!  You have been a constant source of inspiration and motivation to keep on going to fight our battle of the bulge.

It is great to also hear how much healthier you are now .... often we focus so much on the kilos gone that we forget all the other important benefits (I was a chronic snorer before losing the weight and now hubby says I have stopped snoring altogether!!!)  I am also a lot happier and calmer too .... and actually enjoy excercising (something I had never dreamed of before)

Thank you Mallyflea for making this forum a great place to be!!!

Michelle

Hi Mal,

You're story was the one that pushed me over the edge and take the plunge into trying out the TF program.  I am glad to have such a motivational mentor.  We all appreciate your support and genuinity of helping us get through the hard parts.  I am only in the early stages of TF but hopefully all my 30+kgs will dissolve like yours has.

Well done on reaching your goal weight and maintaining it.  Oh, while I was in the checkout line today I saw Kirsty Alley has put all her weight she lost with JC back on plus more, 130kgs I think it said.  :o  It goes to show you how quick it can happpen.  Making the right choices with food on maintenance is the key.  It's going to be the change for life not just for term you're on TF.

Edited:  Just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you for all the extra time you put in with the forum.

Also for putting this on Re: maintenance, that just shows how caring you are Mal. I am really looking forward to joining you on maintenance next year.
