| Hi Melz. I read your post in intros, i am in Cairns. If you can do 40 in 6 months, this 10 will be easy for you, especially on this diet, its great. Gotta be looking good on our big days. Welcome and good luck. Do you have your dress yet?
  luv u Mal! This my inspiration, I want to look like this again....SOON!

Hi girls Well I am going to be a February bride, 16th actually and the reason we choose the 16th is because my partners b'day is the 16th Nov and mine is the 16th March so he decided he wanted a Saturday next year that was the 16th and February was the only one so that is how we choose the 16th I have my dress already and have promised Froggie that i will post it up soon, just haven't got around to it yet Have decided I am getting married on the beach, well actually on this deck that they have built on the beach and the reception is on a boat called "The Lady" and then the honeymoon is on a cruise which leaves from Sydney and that leaves on the Tuesday for 10 nights and it is on a ship called the Pacific Dawn which the ship only arrives in Australia in November so it will still be pretty new to our waters when we get on board, the cruise takes us to New Caledonia, The Loyalty Islands and Vanuatau so just having written all of this down in here has just made me realize that my wedding is really going to be something special like all weddings are

| WOW NAB, I didnt realise you were getting married, how cool!!! Congrats. John and I got together on valentines day 23 years ago, two teenage children and a lifetime of experience and a couple of engagements later, John proposed in hugely romantic wasy on Feb 14 this year and we set the date 6 months later, but the venue was not available. So we went for 7 months later (7 is a lucky number right? and it goes into the 14!) and that is how we chose the date. We are getting married in the gardens at kewarra Beach resort, and the reception is in a thatch hut roof with out walls) on the beach, and then we are having 2 and a half weeks in NZ for our honeymoon. I dont know what I am looking forward to most, I havent had 2 weeks all at once for years!......... Yes I do! It is the part where I get the same name as my kids and people dont think I am their step mother anymore! Cant wat for all of it!! getting closer everyday
  luv u Mal! This my inspiration, I want to look like this again....SOON!

| Hi, I'm another bride needing to loss weight. I'm getting married on the 17th November this year and time has gotten away from me as you all know. While my dress fits (only cause it's fitting to the waist) I really want to look great in the biniki on our honeymoon which is on Long Island. I have been on and off TF since we got engaged in Feb and now it's time to get serious. I want to lose about 10kgs to get to 65kg and maybe another 5kgs (don't think i've ever been under 65kg in my life) so we will see. I have found all you guys really supportive and understanding and hope we can all get to where we want to be.

| We will be at our best MrsK and we cant do better than that! Someone said to me that we are supposed to get a gift for our grooms, I dont know what that could be. It would have to be something to keep. Anybody doing this, and if so any thoughts?

| Thats right, the grooms present should be something that he can keep. a watch is generally the done thing i think. im thinking of getting my man a watch and engraving the back. the idea in my head is to give him a watch and a letter expressing my love and excitement about starting our new life together. i want to hide it in the bed he will sleep in the night before so that he will read it without me there. im starting to get excited now. but am nervous that i may lose the weight then relax a little thinking i have ages to go and gain it again. I got a letter yesterday telling me that my dress has arrived. i am too scared to go try it on. i was hoping to be a lot smaller by now. Makes me feel better knowing that there are others out there in the same situation. Good Luck.
Starting weight 65.1Week 1 - -2.3kg = 62.8 (2.3 lost) Week 2 - +0.2 = 63 not happy (2.1 lost) Week 3 - -500g = 62.5 grrrrr its so frustrating (2.6 lost) Week 4 - -1kg exactly!!= 61.5 finally (3.6 lost) Week 5 - no loss = 61.5 (at least it isnt a gain) Week 6 - -800g = 60.7 (4.4 lost) Week 7 - no loss = 60.7 Week 8 - plateau Week 9 - plateau (joined gym to shift it) Week 10 - No weigh in went to gym instead, home scales say 60 (5.1 lost)

| I dont know what after 23 years I can get. Theres got to be something special, it will come to me. Try your dress on, you might be surprised, at the very least take a pic of how much you have to go and keep it close by, that seems to be helping me at the moment.
