Hey ladies

I too am I bride to be. I now have 7 months to get into shape. would ideally like to lose 7 kgs so 1kg a month should be easy!!!  I just need to try and stay on this program 100%.

Hi All

I too am a bride to be but that is not the only reason I want to lose weight. I want to lose 27Kg and my wedding is in April. I'm not really aiming for then as I don't know how long it will take me to lose that amount of weight. I'm in my 3rd week and have lost 3.4Kg already.

Hi Jo, thats about what I want to do too. My wedding is April 11th 2010 and am having a lot of trouble sticking to any kind of weightloss regime.  I need to lose 2 dress sizes and I can't even get started properly, I know if I can stick to it for a couple of weeks and see real progress I should be right, its making me cranky with me sigh*

I found the first week easy but now I'm finding I want things like full coke and yummy finger buns lol. But you can do it just take one day at a time.

I went yesterday with my mum and took her to try on my dress, i havent ordered it yet as we havent set a date, but were going to talk to people next month when we go  away about our wedding and start setting a date and booking things.... so exciting.... but ive been told i have to order my dress in march or at least get fitted in march at the latest.. so i have til end of feb start of march to loose at least 10kgs 15kgs would be better!!!!  and then i have to try and maintain my weight for 5-6months or only loose a little bit and start toning up.... but it was so exciting yesterday trying on the dress again, i wore heels so i could get an idea on the length etc and i put on a veil, oh so exciting... the dress was in a size 12, and it fits but not properly i need to go about a 16 now, or once ive lost the weight about a 14 i think.

if you have ur dress picked out, have a picture near by of it, so ur partner cant see, and every time u loose motivation or think about wanting something yummy that were not allowed to, look at the dress!!!!!
