I have created my model on the fitnessmagazine website (it was the only one I could find with a weight loss comparison) and I can't figure out how to get to in my signature.  Can anyone help?

Erin
Age - 28 Height 5'7" (167cm)
Start weight 103.5kg (waist 103cm)
Goal 1 - 100kg (achieved 12/1 98.8kg 98cm)
Goal 2 - 95kg (surpassed 15/2 94.3kg 94cm)
Goal 3 - 90kg (achieved 21/3 89.9kg 94cm)
Goal 4 - 85kg
Goal 5 - 80kg or a size 14

I googled virtual model and it came up with a site called My Virtual Model - www.mvm.com

I found it very interesting.  It was free to sign up and create my model.  When I had created my model and dressed it I right clicked it and chose save picture to and it saved in My pictures on my computer.  Then I went onto TF forum and clicked on control panel up top left corner.  Then I clicked on change signature.  Then I put my cursor where I wanted it in my signature and clicked on that little btton with mountain on it.  A screen came up with add image so I clicked browse and found the picture in My pictures and clicked on it and said open and then I clicked on the OK btton on the window and hey presto there it was.  I did the same thing to add the second picture.

Hope that helps.

ON TF MAINTENANCE SINCE 11/08/09

v  In 42 weeks (14/10/08 – 10/8/09) I lost 38.4 kilos.  And on maintenance I lost another 2 kgs.

v  TOTAL WEIGHT LOST 40.5 KILOS!

v  I started at 110.4 kilos and dropped to 72 kgs.  I am now 70kgs.

v  My waist measurement dropped 24cm from 98 cm to 74cm.

v  I started out as a size 18/20 top & 22/24 bottom.  I am now a size 10-14.

v  My BMI was 39.2 which was obese. I am now in a healthy weight range.

v  THANKS TF I COULDN’T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU!!
