hi i would like to put up my before and now photos but dont know how to can any one take me through the steps

| Shelldec, to upload your pics, first you need to upload your pic onto a server (place which store your files). So a place like http://photobucket.com is a great place to store pics. Go this site an sign up for a free account. Then upload your pics. After uploading the pics the website will give you different urls (addresses) to view your photo, they are titled URL, TAG and IMG, Copy the address that is under the IMG section . Once you copy the image url paste it into your post and submit the post and then you will see your upload pic on this forum. Hope this helps Tellylin

| I just add mine from my hard drive. See on the first row of icons above, next to the centering marks, there is a picture of some mountains? Just click on that & it will ask which drive to search, just click on browse, then where you have your photo & hit insert and wholah, it will appear. It will take a while though, depending on the size of the file, just be patient. Pat

Don't know or use this product - just like their tickers! Made goal October 2005 70 kgs. Trying to get back there.
