I think I just have no Idea in what Im doing, My third full day I feel yucky my headache is bad, Yesterday we went out just before lunch call it bad timing by 2:30 i was so hungry i could eat a horse and maybe the rider as well so I thought maccers salad Im allowed to have that so I choose the crispy chicken salad it had YUMMY BITs on the outside, i looked on the back it had 6.1g per 100g i really dont know weather it was ok, i was so hungry and felt so bad were i thought i was going to be sick, has anyone done this, did i choose wrong

Hi Peta,

STOP belting your self up..

The headaches etc. will pass, have some painkillers..

Drink more water..

As for lunch the rule is usually 5/100. And I don't think you did that badly at least you didn't go for the burger and fries. That is something to be proud of

If you are still hungry after following the TF Program, you should either eat extra veges and/or drink more water (at least 2 litres per day..)

We all fall off the wagon at some time or other just get back up and keep going..

If you need someone to talk to you can message me or most of the others in here, or put another message in the forum.

Congrats for what you have done so far..

I think you chose well ~ and if you get straight back onto the program, your body may just overlook the fact that it got a few extra grams of carbs, you are in charge ~ your body just has to accept that fact ~ you are serious this time and if you keep on track now, it will get the idea and the weight will start to fall off. Keep up the good work.
