Hi guys,

Now, the double d lollies, how many can we have, or should have, and which ones are allowed??  May seem silly asking about lollies, but just curious?  Dont want to lose ketosis in my body.

Just remember with your lollies that the must be the sugar free kind. Not all Double D lollies are sugar free, so be sure to check the packet.

Hi all,

yes Misty the Ricci sugar free ARE SO YUMMY, even nicer than the Double D!

I get them all at Big W, they have a sugar free zone with them all together. AND you don't get tempted by others

5-6 max per day.

Pat

p.s. Bloody telstra..been ofline again

Thanks everyone,

with that infor im going to check my local Big W out for the Ricci lollies.  Will stick to the 5-6 per day.  May even try to make it 2-3, it all helps in the end.
