when you say to use one egg white (from your extra protein allowance) - what do you mean? does that mean i halve my protein serve at night??

sounds delish, but im confused dont want to do it wrong and be defeated by the scales

"The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own. No apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on, or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.”

Yes you still have your protein at night. If you read through the diet, there's a list of things you can have in addition to the plan. This is where the egg white comes from.

I've been taking the capsules, but I stopped off today and bought some SF in loose from just so I can have a go at making the berry muffins on sunday morning. I think it would be such a decadent Sunday brekky

OMG...........Muffins are amazing - it feels so good to be able to chew a shake!

Made the chocolate one's yesterday. They come out like mini souffle's!!!

Thank you so much for this recipe..........

I am going to try some of the soups with finely diced vegies in the same format! Wish me luck.

This is also great for me as I travel a lot and was worried about how I was going to shake it up in the air - Tomorrow I am flying to Perth and I will be armed with muffins for lunch!

Thank goodness there are creative people like you on these forums.

Thank you thank you thank you.

Cheers

Rach

I am missing my berries SO badly
SO this morning I decided to make NANA berriy nuffins (hope you dont mind me also using that awsome name)

Recipe
1 Banana Shake
1 Egg white (whiped till just fluffy)
1 small handful of frozen berries (that your allowed - taking it away from your daily fruit!
2 tsp TF fiber
100 mls cold water

Preheat oven to 180
Whip eggs till fuffy. Add shake mix till dissolved and gooey. Add water and mix, sprinkle over the fiber and allow to expand for a few minutes. Tumble in berries and gentle stir to combine.
Cook (WITHOUT OPENING THE DOOR ) for 12 mins
See piccies below
