Hi everyone!!

Thought I would share with you all that about this time last year I had decided that enough was enough and that it was about time I did something about my weight.  I weighed 126.2 kgs and my bmi was just over 41 and I was miserable ..... well 9 months later I had lost 51 kgs and have gained a new lease on life.  I have been on maintenance now for 3 months and am loving it.

It is funny now looking back at how I was only one year ago and I swear that I am never letting myself go back there ever again!!

Here is a photo of me before (at 126.2 kgs) and now (76 kgs)

Michelle

ps .... I soooooo love to shop for clothes now

Wow - you are so tiny now - have you ever been so small before? or could you even imagine 12 months ago that you could be so small again?

You have done such a great job Mickii - you should be really proud.

Very Inspiring - Thanks

Have Fun Kerry

Thanks girls,

Kerry, I have been big all my life ..... was always told as a child that it is just puppy fat and it will go away when you reach puberty, etc, was a size 16 - 20 through high school.  I turned 37 this year and this is the skinniest I have ever been!!!  I never imagined last year that I would be here now but as soon as I saw the results of TF and some exercise (Curves) I knew I was on a winner!!

Michelle

You are gorgeous! I have spoken of your great success several times to people, you are an inspiration.

It is fantastic to see you going so well on maintenance. Do keep letting us know how you are going, I love it!

We both started 29th Nov 2006, and we love doing TF at our own pace. We have TF for breaky most days, and follow the principles most days of the week. We have been keeping the weight off pretty well along the way.

My details - height 175cm age 46 - Started at 111 kg, now at 83 kg - would like to get to mid 70's.

My hubby - height 188cm age 49  - Started at 120 kgs, now at 97 kgs - goal around high 80's.

     Thanks Mally!

Wow Michelle, you look absolutely stunning!! Fifty kilos lost and in such a short time AND you are maintaining it. You are my inspiration!!

I have about 50 kilos to lose too and I was thinking, "Geez, I'm gonna still be at this time next year." Seeing your photos this morning has given me the extra kick I needed. Thanks so much for posting them.

Best wishes to you.
