| Hey michelle, You look fantastic and to see that your a mum and able to stick with it to get the result you have is even better.I hope i can draw from your pics.I started today and although not that much to lose its still a huge hurdle that l have been putting off.I have 10kg to lose and l watch biggest loser and shows like that and think gee they lost 40,50kg so surely l can do a piddley 10kg but boy its an issue.So heres hoping my plans go the way that yours have and lm successful.

| Omg Omg Omg, I am so happy for you. I was 99k when I started & then last xmas I got to 80k, I was very pleased with myself. I didn't go on the TF maintenance programm, but very very slowly did it my self dropping the shakes, but still eating the tony way, but sadly I have put 10k back on since Jan this year. I have just been out and started the shales again, but I don't want to be on them forever, what do you think I did wrong & whats so special about the maintenance programm...please help, I need some advise.
