i just bought both of them, the kraft fat free balsamic and italian free, now i'm a bit confused because we are suppossed to be looking at per 100g well it is 100ml, so the question is what is more? I just started tf yesterday and had 1 serving of each dressing.

I also nearly fell for this - lucky I always check the carbs regardless of how often I buy a product.  BUT - there is good news, Kraft have put out a "Spritz" bottle of both the Italian and Balsamic dressings which have the same carb content as the old ones (i.e. less than 1g).

18mths ago - 20kgs lost on TF.

Now - 11.2kg lost in 10 wks - 8.8kg to go.

The "Spritz" bottles are a lot higher than the older bottles.   They are 8.1 per 100.  Sorry to say, they are nothing like the older bottles.

Thats ridiculous... how can they just put the sugar and carbs up without letting anyone know, and their excuse is "new and improved" well that's great, but we wont be able to taste the new and improved as its got too many carbs!! haha... funny!

Good work with contacting Kraft and great spotting, i will definetly read absolutely everything and not assume what i brought last week, is the same this week!
