For breakfast I had 2 of the French Vanilla pancakes... 2 fried eggs (with a little spray oil) a liberal shaking of ground black pepper & salt... 2 slices of lite ham, quickly fried (in the spray oil)....

Yumm.. Canadian Pancakes... All it needed was some sugar-free Maple Flavored Syrup (but too many carbs, so I can't)

But the egg yolks were yummy & runny... it was SOOOO delish!

I also have a bowl of jelly snakes in 4 different colors... every time I feel "snackish" I can dip into the fridge.... looking for something "naughty" to eat... grab a few snakes instead... (as a reward) and keep on going!!

Faeriefyre Mum, that sounds fantastic...but that's about 3 servings (maybe 2.5, depending on the size of the ham slices) of protein in one meal!

45lbs by NEW YEAR'S EVE: Close...41.4lbs

53lbs by Valentine's Day:

75lbs by my 9th wedding anniversary, 4/5/2009
100lbs and at GOAL by 06/15/09 (10 months on TF):

I just made some custard like jelly using the first recipe on display n then I also tried the one using silken tofu and they both taste FANTASTIC!!! I can' t wait to try more!! Thanks for the wonderful & tasty ideas...
