I achieved my goal weight 2 years ago today. Athough I am not happy sitting 4.2kgs above it at the moment, I am working towards getting back there. My goal weight was 70kgs, I am currently 74.2kgs.

The first photos were before TF (size 22 top & 22 pants), The second two in January 2006 and the last two taken this morning. Although I don't wear these clothes any more, I used them to show the differences. I can notice a fairly big difference today from the last lot, but I hope to get back there soon. Pat

Thanks for letting us know how you've been doing......

I know a lot of people get concerned that once they hit maintenance that they'll put the weight back on.

Its great they can see people like yourself and Mally and Klutzy who have got it off and worked at keeping it off.

Pat you always said the hardest bit was keeping it off & I wondered what you were going on about until I hit maintenance & I so agree(especially sitting here with my holiday gain)! I know you have had a tough time recently without being able to keep the exercise going and I think you are doing a great job of keeping it in check, while you probably feel the extra kgs you can't pick it in those clothes, you should be proud that you don't look like your start pic anymore.

Thanks for the kind words girls. Yes Klutzy, people don't realise that losing the weight is the easy part of the programme.

I remebered too that I took the sides of that top in after the first photo, so I don't feel quite so bad now.

I seem to have put all 4 kgs on around my hips and thighs, so once I can start walking again, hopefully I can get rid of that.

Even though I am above my goal, I am still a lot healthier and feeling better about myself than I was when I started.

Thanks again,

Pat
