| I've only been measuring my waist at weigh in's: Week 1 - 108cm
Week 2 - 101cm
Week 3 - 97 cm TOTAL - 11cm and nearly 6 kilos
Im doing this for me, for my health, for my (future) kids and for my (future) grandkids

| ok thought i would update this, after 13 weeks on TF i have lost a total of 76cm from my body. would love to see how you are all going?? have a great week everyone

i forgot to get my starting measurements so the only on i know is my waist lol
i have lost 11cm from my waist
its amazing to hear how much everyone has lost in total

a little about me:
i'm 16 and currently in yr 11
i am 171.5cm's tall and started off at 90.5 kg's and a size 16(18 in some things) with a waist of 100cm's.
now with my restart i am a massive 95.4kg's and still a 16-18
but my goal size is size 12. and i would like to do it within a year.
Waist:
Start: 95cm's Current:95cm's Goal: 79
Weight:
Start: 95.4kg's Current: 95.4kg's Goal:69kg's
First goal: Less than 91kg's by New Years Eve
second: Less than 85kg's by first day back at school
third: 80kg's
fourth: 75kg's
fifth and final: 69kg's and maintain.

| I started Sept 29th and I have lost 30cm off my waist. I diddn't measure anywhere else, but wish now I had. I saw a photo of myself taken on sunday from behind and didn't recognise myself, I only realised it was me, after I noticed my hand was on my husbands back.....lol

I only measure the waist and have lost an incredible 52cm form the waist.
