maxine, here is the lastest verdict on artichokes, hope this helps...
You are allowed to have globe artichokes and bamboo shoots on the TF program. Jeruselem artichokes are a species of sunflower and is used as a root vegetable, for this reason we would say no to this product; if in the future new information comes to hand that this product is allowed we will make the information available for all.

| So in one week, you can have 4 wafers instead of a piece of fruit one day, and then later in the week you can have a row of low carb chocolate (if its a 100g block) instead of a peice of fruit. This is a total of 2 treats. Ok so..... I have read conflicting stories about the wafers....... and what this says above is that we can substitute one piece of fruit for ......FOUR (4) wafers! Yet when I asked about this at the TW Chem they said 1/2 a wafer as sub for one piece of fruit... What's the truth?

Weekly Weigh In Start TF 01-01-08 89.7kg
Week 1 10-01-08 86.5kg Loss 3.2kg Total Loss 3.2kg
Week 2 17-01-08 85.8kg Loss 700 gms Total Loss 3.9kg

If you think you can... you can! If you think you can't.. you're right!

Start weight 89.7 - Pledged 9kgs by Valentines Day So far.. 3.9 kgs gone
