Hi Z

So sorry to hear such saddening news about you and your hubby. Sending my deepest well wishes and love your way. xx

I have a very close friend whom has also been an inspiration to me (besides yourself) when it comes to weight loss. She also lost alot of weight and after getting her life on track was diagnosed with an inoperable astrocytoma (brain tumor) and it hurts me when she is so far for me to help her when she isnt well as she also gets blackouts etc.  Some days are better than others.

If you wish to speak to someone who has been dealing with the condition for a number of years she is always there to listen and give great support and advice. She is an amazingly charismatic woman who would do anything for anyone.

You are in my thoughts and please pop into the forums when you can.

xo

Wow - that is news I wasn't expecting to hear

I wish you both lots of health and well wishes and hopefully you will fight this diagnosis with the same determination and courage that you battled your weightloss with.

*sending you lots of love and support*

This is amazing, congratulations

What was your TF meal plan on curiosity? Interested to know how you
did it in relation to not only the TF diet, BUT what exercises did you do and how often did you do them?
