Morning ladies!!

Was just lurking in a thread that was comparing caffeine free diet coke to caffeine free diet pepsi.

I have heard a lot of conflicting advice that the caffeine free diet pepsi is/isn't allowed on the program. I'm not too sure if it is under the 1 cal rule so I thought I'd come ask the TF Gods.

Now I look at TF as not a diet, or weight loss program but a lesson, like a degree in eating. I can't wait until I graduate!

2nd Mini goal - to lose a further 5kg by Friday 2nd November 2007 (total loss 10kg) Achieved
3rd Mini goal - to get back to pre holiday weight... 5kgs by 24th September 2008
