I'm really close to my goal, only 3.6 kilo's to go. I'm really stressing about the christmas period. My parents are flying from Darwin to see me in Sydney for 3 weeks. I haven't seen them in 6 months so I'm really stressing .

I was thinking that throughout the 3 weeks id give myself 3 days off eg Christmas, new year and another day. I'm not planning to go over board or anything. Would doing this effect my weight loss on 2 shakes a day? I've heard it's bad to go in and out of the fat burning process.

What are your thoughts, should I do 1 shake and day maintenance or just stick to 2 shakes a day? I realise that by doing this that I may not lose weight and I really don't want to put any back on a ruin all my hard work !

Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you in advance .

Goal weight: 58

If it was me I'd opt for the 1 shake a day and just take each day as they come and be as good as you can  on any given day, don't stress about it, you have come so far, I know deep down you wont want to blow all you've lost so just have a great Chrissy and watch your carb. intake talk to the staff here, they may be able to come up with some great food ideas for you

Hey,

I too would opt for the 1 shake per day plan where you can have a carb and a dairy option or you can have our function menu which will hopefully be on the website by the end of the week.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind Regards,
