| Hello All, If any of you feel that you need to spend a little more time with a Maintenance Trained Weightloss Practitioner, another option (rather than going back to the store if that seems over whelming) is to contact the call centre and hit the maintenance option on the phone when prompted. We will spend as much time as it takes to ensure that at the end of the call, you fully understand your maintenance plan and that you have the confidence to follow it on your own - even though we will always be here should you need us.

Today is my first day on the TF weight loss program, its really different for me, i am the kind to waker up and eating cereal for breakfast, i do eat healthy though, i eat special K with banana. then an apple or something like that for morning tea, salad sandwich for luch, and some healthy for dinner, we dont really have dessert, but we have ice blocks when its hot, or my other half will want milk shakes after dinner. My problem is the exercise part, i used to be active enough to keep the weight off, but now im working odd hours im finding to hard, in the last year i have put on 20 kg and im now 91.1kg, i have been bigger i was about 130 or heavier , and lost the weight but ow i've put it back on i need some help this time round i've never done this kind of thing before, the whole diet, and going on a forum. i'd be happy to talk to every one about any thing, support is the main thing i find helps me with every thing thanks
I know i can do it.
