Hello,

Just browsing thru, I've noticed quite a few people raving about how notatoes are great and satisfy potato cravings. I am looking for a good recipe to have with a chicken curry - and with just about everything really. Can everyone tell me what they find the best to use in the notatoes? Yoghurt or milk etc??

Thanks for your tips in advance.

We're not allowed to use yogurt or milk (other than a dash for your cuppa) - I use 40gms of Philli Cream cheese - sometimes the chive & onion philli. I buy the length of small 40gram tubs and use one tub for about 2 serves of notatoes.

hope this helps.

heres my recipe, i always buy a big cauli if i can.............atm they are 99cents for acauli, yippee, got 2 caulis in the fridge ready to make my cauli goo - as i call it.

place your cauli in a large pan and boil the crap out of it.

drain water, add garlic granules, chives, parsley and 2 teaspoons of lite philly cream cheese or even no frills cream cheese. grab ur eletric masher and mash it up or your potato masher too, whiz it all up and spoon into containers, its sooooo yummy with rissoles and vegies, oh it sooooooooooo takes like mash potato, if you shut your eyes when you eat 1 spoonful, it truly tastes like mash potato.  Enjoy.
