Hi good to read your story just finished a big bag of chips, pie, packet of biscuits and feeling lethargic, I started the program last year in november but have been on and off stresses, and excuses etc, i know that when I was doing the program I felt on top of the world, but have not been able to get back on track, so I thought i would jsut look if there was a forum or something to chat to people, who are in the same boat, and I am glad I read your story, thank you for the inspiration.

Hi Supreme Being...
Thanks for sharing your story. I started doing TF nearly two weeks ago and (although it's not a long time) it's the first time i haven't cheated on my to changing my life. For that i am pretty proud. I was absolutely over the moon when i lost 5.5 in first 4 days but i have struggled to lose anything since then - and i am still not cheating. You said you lost 4.4 in your first week. Did your weight loss continue to be fairly quick after that? Or did it really slow down?

Wow Ambzy, you look fantastic. You're a great inspiration to me, since I have about 35/40kgs to lose. Knowing that you have done it, makes it seem possible for me. I'm having my first weigh-in on Monday, and I'm hoping to have the same success you did in your first week.

Thankyou for putting up these photos. They help alot.

I was going through my journal from last year and discovered that I joined TF on the 14th February so it has been a year since first joining TF.  But I have not been consistent with the program, I had a few bad months so did not follow the program, money was mainly the problem.  I think that if I would have stuck it out I probably would have been to goal by now.  But I won't dwell on that.  I joined again two weeks ago, I am going for my weigh in today, keeping my fingers crossed that I have lost weight.  I will stick it out this time even though money is still the problem.  I am putting gold coins into a jar so that I have the money for the shakes by the end of the week.

Cheers
