hi kim i'm from victoria park in wa, i found the hardest thing for me was eating my food while everyone else was eating what they liked but the feeling of losing weight is greater than that urge for carbs, i love my shakes and i recently had 2 weeks off and was so glad to going back to having them today, good luck with the program

GO WA!!!!!!!

One of the main reasons for me getting my crap together is seeing an overweight child at Adventure World and it made me realise how can we expect our kids to stay fit and healthy if us adults dont set an example. My son is five and I need to show him how it is done right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also would like to be able to climb the stairs at Adventure World for the slides without dying half way up. LOL!!!!!!!!!

I really want another baby!!

WA girl here too

I live in a small mining town called Karratha. The hardest part for me is not having a local centre or chemist that I can utilise, the closest being some 1600kms away. It sucks when the post is late and I run out of shakes even though I plan for the 8-10 days travel time... its day 12 today

I miss chicken ceasar salads crammed with croûtons, and Parmesan cheese and the unlimited champagne I used to consume guilt free

Now I look at TF as not a diet, or weight loss program but a lesson, like a degree in eating. I can't wait until I graduate!

BACK ON TRACK FOR 2008!!!!

LOL yes! We have Macca's, chicken treat, subway and they are building a KFC atm and plans are going through for a Hungry Jacks... not to mention all our lovely small business take away, like fish and chips, burger shops and bakeries.

It does get easy though. Once the kgs start disappearing you realise nothing tastes as good as weight loss.
