Hi, Im Lauren and I live in Cannington.  I havent been able to go without my daily coffee (s), but I plan on quitting cold turkey as of tomorrow.  Theres nothing I really cant go without, but I do miss chocolate, and simple things like toast and sandwiches, and chips and takeaway on the way home from work, and lollies.... well lots really but I WILL be strong!

Hiya

I live in Thornlie.. go WA - we rock

I find the hardest is the fact I work at McDonalds while I am at uni. I work 4 times a week and god it can be hard sometimes. Some days i am ok - others the temptation is so strong. I just have to have lean chicken, salad and water while I am working. People look at me weird when they see me eating good stuff.

I wish I could find a job in retail or something away from food as it makes it hard for me.

We should organise a day out for all us WA'ers.

I made my son sausagerolls last night and I really wanted to just pick one up and stuff it in my face I am really missing potato's aswell.

This is only my first week I hope it gets easier!!!!!!

I really want another baby!!

Current Weight 139.5kg

GOAL Weight 1: 100kg

GOAL Weight 2: 80kg

THE ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT : 65kg

Do you know what we need more of is female only gym's I would probably go if there was on near my place.

I feel like I am stared at when I am at the others.

I really want another baby!!

Hello Everyone! Im from Perth, Victoria Park, WA. I am on day 2 of my TF Diet. I have added all the people who posted in here to my buddy list - GO WA!!!

Shake Firm Pudding:

1TB Gelatine + 100ml Hot Water (Mix together), 1 Shake + 1 Tsp Essence (Optional), Mix all together with hand held blender and place in container overnight.
