It depends how much I feel like it.  Sometimes (like now) I'm full on with it and will do approx an hour or more a day, but sometimes (like last month) I hardly do anything.  Suprisingly my weightloss is pretty consistent at either time, however, I do feel better when I make sure I exercise.  More energy and it's great when you notice some tone to those muscles (what I can see under the flab, anyway).

Naomi.

I did more exercise before I started TF LOL!! I run 3 nights a week in the 'winter' months. Its too hot to run in summer here 40+ degrees at 7pm no thank you!

I honestly haven't done a thing since starting TF but I am getting my gym membership next month for my B'day present, as I am finally at the stage with my weight where I would feel comfortable walking into the gym.

Now I look at TF as not a diet, or weight loss program but a lesson, like a degree in eating. I can't wait until I graduate!

At the moment I excersie every day and maybe have one day off a fortnight, I do 45 mins each day and swap what I do, so I do step 4 times a week, dance 2 times a week and walk 1 day a week. I find that it helps with toning my body as well as helping maintain my losses.
