Their salads are okay though, aren't they? I've been having a few of those (being careful not to overdo my carrots though).
My first goal - drop 20kg before my holiday mid-April. GOAL ACHIEVED - AND EXCEEDED ... TWO WEEKS EARLY! My next goal - see just how much I can lose before the holiday!

| As long as you are choosing the right dressing and watching that you're not having cheese, they're fine. Also if you have protein make sure you count it as part of your daily allowance.

| Our TF centre has advised us that it ok to occasionally eat the wrap as it has very similar carb content to a shake? Has anyone else heard this?

| I have no a search, and indeed the staff have advised that is not allowed on the program. In all honesty if thats the worst thing we can eat then so be it. Better than regular take away! Not seen a difference in weight loss for either myself or my husband when we have had a wrap.

| I wouldn't go near it (them) with a 10 foot pole after having food poisioning from them 3 times the last time nearly putting me in hospital while on holiday! I'd rather eat something 'naughty' than risk my life again.

I love subway salads. For $5 you get the biggest salad you could lay eyes on. Thats without protein of course. But even then, the value is excellent.
