This interim program can only be used for 5 days, no longer. ersonName> ersonName w:st="on">ersonName> Interim Diet Program Breakfast: Choose either a 2-egg omelette, or 2 hardboiled eggs, or a small tin of fish (tuna, sardines, salmon) or a couple slices of lean meat with a few slices of tomato Mid Morning: One piece of fruit from the list Lunch: Either a tuna, salmon, egg or chicken salad (palm sized or less) with 1 cup of salad vegetables (or one cup of soup made from vegetable allowance) Mid Afternoon: One piece of fruit from the list or one diet jelly –500ml of jelly. Dinner: One palm sized piece of protein plus vegetables or salad After Dinner: Another diet jelly or if not already eaten earlier in the day the second allowed piece of fruit. Two litres of water must be taken every day You minimum requirement of vegetable or salad is 3 cups per day but you can have more if you wish.
