Tickers/Trackers:ADDING & MAKING UPDATES!

Okay first step go to the site to make your ticker:
www.tickerfactory.com
Click on the link above and then click on weight loss it will open to the tickers.
Now choose your ticker click next.....
choose your ticker mover click next....
it will show your starting weight(put what you are or were)....
current weight(put yours in even if its the same as your starting weight)....
goal weight(put what you want to be) and click next.
Now you should see what your ticker will look like
and below that a whole heap of codes
all you need is the bbcode
so highlight it copy it and come back here to the TF site.
Now go to the control panel link at top click on that....
now down the left side you will see edit signature click on that.....
now you should have a space,
paste what you copied from the ticker site into that space.....
now at the bottom hit update(the page will refresh itself but you will see nothing)
hit update again(this time you should see your ticker & that should be it.

IMPORTANT:
UPDATING TICKERS>>>>....
so all you need to do then is each week when you weigh in
is click on your ticker and it will take you back to tickerfactory,
put your pin in and click update and change your weight,
fill in your new date anc click next,
it should take you back to the finished updated ticker
and presto there is your new one that is as far as you have to go
as it will change over in the forum automatically.....
refresh your page to see it…..

and you'll find at the bottom of kazzas post an exl link, click on this and save it to your won files, it is interactive so you can change the dates etc., to suit yourself

how to put it up ....

To put an excel spreadsheet weight loss in your signature…

 

Fill in your spreadsheet with your details

take a "print Screen" of it..

there is a button/key on your keyboad somewhere that says Print screen... press it..

open paint (or whatever graphic program you have) and click paste...

then edit it and save as a jpeg...

then you can easily post it in your signature box...

just repeat this each time you edit it (weekly etc.,)

Remember to click

Update
