Hi Angie

This Tuesday night we were on a huge time limit, two meetings in two different towns, so I bought a BBQ chicken and threw together a salad for my family. I had a lighter salad & fed the dog the skin of my portion. Was quick and on the table in 10 minutes, we made our various meetings with 2 minutes to spare.

I normally get a BBQ chicken every 10 days or so for the family when we have alot on. I remove the skin add salad or steamed veg and we have a quick and healthy dinner on the table in minutes. I have been doing this for 9wks(since I started TF) and am still losing
