I tried to keep loosing over Xmas hos, but put on 1.7kg. I thought that wasn't too bad, as I kept up with the shakes most of the time and some munch bars and jelly. (I also had lots of nice cakes with my coffees!) Now I am back on the wagon with a loss of 0.9 last week, which was a pleasant surprise. I am 71.8 kg now and am going to ignore the BIG 70 so that it doesn't stop me from getting to the 60s. It will be hard to ignore the lamingtons this Oz Day, but I feel confident that I'll get to my new goal of 65kg in good time. I have already reached my first goal of 72kg and feel so much better. Thanks for you post reminding me that I am not so far away from the 60s.
Cheers, Maggie NT [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wCBE4u1/]

Hi all. Im at 77.6kg and i want the 60's again! Its been a few yrs.... lowest i got to was 67kg in May 2007. Then moved to Darwin which sux for fluid retention and lazy eating!! Im not an over eater- just a lazy eater and not too fussed with what i put in mouth. If matt makes a big steak i eat it. If he makes a pasta i eat it. If he makes a salad with a BBQ, i eat it. Generally cos i dont eat during the day. BUT ITS ALL CHANGING. I HAVE ANOTHER MTHS SUPPLY and i plan on kicking my arse if i fail at this- again. My biggest kg loss has been 30kg in 4mths.... with another weight loss program (Cohens) and felt awesome but i never did the refeed program as didnt get to their goal weight. I got the menu, but never did it. AND LOOK WHERE I AM.... Was 97kg before their program. And got to 67, then put on 15kg when we moved. BUt now we are back in SA, its a new start for my weight loss!!!!!!!!!!!! 60's here i come. I wld hope before end of March. If im not, something is wrong!!!
