Hi Klutzy

I'm glad to hear that your flu is improving.
Keep drinking all your water plus some .
Yes I'm trying to be good and yes I have lost more weight, I think it's about .700gms in the first week on maintenance.
I'm still finding it hard to eat all my carbs but I will take it very slowly.
Hey, you can't get away with this so easy, we made a pact that we would put our menus down on this thread, so come on, good or bad fess up
I have'nt had my jelly and yoghurt yet I think that I will leave it tonight as it's now 9.30pm, to late to eat, I'll be going to bed in an hour.

Ok don't forget to post your menu tomorrow, I no that your not feeling the best but just do what you can.

Cheers

SkinnyDi xx

You  seem to have a good grasp of the Maintenance regime, something I could never get my head around LOL

my day is pretty boring

breakfast: either porridge or fruit shake smoothie
lunch: protein and salad sandwich/or salad or CS bar
dinner: protein and vegies/salad
dessert: diet jelly (still LOL) with a calcium type topping made with ricotta and fruche
fruit and nuts/seeds in between

don't weigh,
don't count
just eat similar portions to the diet.....with a few extras now....
ie: feta in greek salad,
blue vein cheese on steak and pork,
procuitto wrapped around fruit/ricotta stuffed pork,
apricots and ricotta stuffed chicken thighs/
      tasmanian atlantic salmon etc.,
semi dried tomato strip and 1 black oilive and little cube fetta inside meat balls
mango/walnuts/apple/celery salad on a bed of iceberg lettuce with 1 Tab. Paul Newmans Creamy Caesar Dressing mmmmmmmmmmmmm
love a Caesar Salad with soft runny egg on top and crumbled procuitto tomato olive and cucumber and cajun chicken strips and shaved parmesan cheese...another mmmmmmmmmm

god when I read this back, I'm a bit of a gournet eater LOL

Once a month I love going out and having a traditional Indian Meal...:O)

Hi Mally

Well you no what they say once a gournet cook always a gournet eater

Your menu looks a lot better than mine

I'm looking forward to the day that I can start adding a few little bits in here and there.

Shorty did say to me the other day that I could drop down my carbs to 10 serves and when I go out for dinner I could take it to 14 serves until my body would let me have more, Which suits me fine for now.

Cheers for now.

Great advice from shorty, that's why we eat pretty close to TF diet, it makes it easier to go out to dineer and have that extra carb splurge sorta like WW points, save some for a rainy day LOL
