i wont to be free (3/03/2008) ok i have never done a challenge but i will give it a go. so where do i put down my steps for the day.Hi, You can either make up a little spreadsheet like I have and add it to your signature, or I thought if everyone just comes in and edits their original post that they put in this topic to say they were taking part. I found I couldn't line up the details properly without the table. Good Luck!

Pwincesss (4/03/2008)
i will be in it i will start tomorrow i need to find it first is it hard to get the 10,000 steps in? Hi, Well sometimes it can be, but it usually involves about an hour plus walk for me to get it up there. But also I build it up by doing the housework etc. Some days I need to top it up, so have a game of soccer with my daughter in the yard or something. It is so worth it but, I feel great for doing it!

Hi Clairabella, I sometimes put it in my pocket, I have had the same problem, it falls off (once into the toilet!) or I lean on it and it resets! You just have to be careful I guess. Some pedometers need to be pressed for about 3 seconds to be reset. (my new one does). I have also found, sometimes if I wear it on pants that have a tighter waist it doesn't move as much when stepping, so walked 4km and it said I had done 90 steps lol!
