Hi,

Today I went to Olympic Park and walked around for about an hour, and all up my steps for the day came to 21000, that is the most I have done for a while.  But my feet are so sore, I had to put ice on them when I got home. I hope the scales show a lose tomorrow.

Hi,

I just found a step converter on the calorieking.com.au website, you punch in the minutes you did a specific exercise such as cycling, or swimming whichever you participated in and it gives you the equivalent in steps.  For example I do a body circuit class each week, 3 times a week at 30minutes a time,

30mins equals 8160 steps, 

that awesome.

Well I found my pedometer. And started it straight away. Today I have walked 1254 steps... I know it's really low but tomorrow I'm hoping to do more. Hoping to slowly work my way up to 10,000 steps.

Today  I managed to get the 10,000 steps in by moving more and walking around more rather than be a couch potato.

My steps for today were 11 550, this included my 1 hour walk and then on top of that I went to Curves for my 30 minute workout.

ive started with a pedometer last week and ive found that i do around 10,000 steps without doing any additional exercise, should i be doing another 10,000 steps extra?
