Please be aware that this part of the forum is monitored regularly by the staff each day. We have our responses checked by a nutritionist / pharmacist / manager/ training staff, depending on the question. With this procedure in place your questions are usually answered within 24 - 48 hours, however, some may take a little longer.

As you can appreciate, our training staff / pharmacists / nutritionists are usually out of the office in training sessions, and are not able to respond immediately.

Also there could be a delay over the weekends too answering the more involved questions.

If this happens, please know that we have not ignored your questions, and we will post a response as soon as it comes to hand.  If it is a question about a particular food you want to eat, then it would be best to avoid that food until we can give you an answer.

The post is best left unanswered so we can see at a glance it still needs a response as a "zero" will appear in "replies".  If we post stating we will get back with a response, then it is not obvious to us that it is still unanswered when we scroll through them at a later date and it can fall through the cracks.
