I thought I'd start this challenge for all of us who want to take it 5kgs at a time!

Our aim is to lose 5kgs per month. Sound realistic? We can do it, just one step at a time.

So let's use this thread to let each other know how we're going and offer support and encouragement. We're in this together!

Please PM Kel03 your weights at the beginning of each month and she'll pop them into a spreadsheet (thanks to her helpful hubby -LOL). Doesn't matter which day it is though!

LOSERS

Peppa Pig - current weight 105.3 - 100kg by end of April - want to be at goal (75-70) by 14th October 08 - a long journey

Kel03 - 5kgs a month will get Kel to her goal weight ready for her trip to the Gold Coast in August

Ksim - 5kgs a month will have her at her goal by sept/ oct this year!

BigBoned - keen as

Jade 1 - also ready to jump on the band wagon

bouttime - we're off and "racey" - LOL

Bella87 - going off

mishy - excited about it too

LeahW - wants that goal NOW

Jadel - jumping in head first

granny-goo - lovin' herself sick!

Sooo xciting!!

 

 

11 April 08 - Wk 4 - 102.9 - 1.2kg loss

18 April 08 - Wk 5 - 101.4 - 12 days to get 100kgs or under - 5kg a mth challenge - 1.5kg loss

24 April '08 - Wk 6 - 100.5kgs - sayonara 100s look out double digits  - .9kg loss

2nd may '08 - wk 7 - 100.3kgs - started exercising this week and hence havn't lost that much weight - am still happy with the 200gr loss seeing I was 1.3kgs heavier yesterday morning and stressing out bad! By the end of the weekend I'll by in the 90s I promise! 

8 May 08 - Wk 8 - ???????

i hope to lose at least 5kg a month. work hard and drink heaps of water. i know someone who is losing 8kg a month on this so i hope i can too, well as near to anyway....

Im in!! was working out my mini goals last night.

if i can lose 5 kg a month then ill be at goal weight in august for my trip to the gold coast..

for the first time in years (lets say 20) ill be able to wear a pair of bather without the kaftan!!!

i weigh in on fridays so ill keep you posted this friday will complete my first 4 weeks..

maintenance program 1.09 07 = 70
restart 10.02.08 NO more bloody excuses tour weight = 81.5
2 years ..... lost 300 = 79.1

week 6:-1.1  had couple of dayz off due to gulcose and blood tests

week 7:+1.kg fell off the wagon since those test
