count me in ive already lost 4kgs in the first 2 weeks so im really happy with myself!!!

I need to reduce 15 kgs by end of this year. I plan to tone my body for the rest of this month (Aug) and then start on exercising from next month on.

I now weigh 70 kgs, my height is 5'3".

Hi,

I would love to lose 5kg a month, but am not having much luck sticking to a set diet.  I go really good and then get bored and fall off the wagon.  I need some motivation and inspiration to keep me on track.  Looking at myself in the mirror is not motivating me to keep going, it is just making me think that I will never see myself slim.  Is there anyone that can help, or give me some ideas to keep me on track

Hi,

I have lost 1.3 kg this week, so I am well on my way to 5kgs this month,  I worked out my ups and downs and realised that if I had not fallen off the wagon several times.  I would now weight 83.5kg, that was a shocker.  I am not going to QUIT this time, I am going to keep going.  And with this wonderful forum I am sure that I will eventually get to goal.

Count me in. Well I'll start off for October - seeing I'll be starting tomorrow (1st October). Would be ecstatic if I lost 5kgs in a month.
