Howdy, count me in.... I have just lost 5kg in 4 weeks and i want to keep losing this much.

I weigh in Thursdays, so ill start from today.

5kg more till next goal, lets hope i can do it by 20th November!!

Just let me know what i need to do (besides lose weight of course!!)

Goal 1: 65kg by Mums 60th (20/10/08) --> Almost!! Made it to 65.2kg!!

Goal 2: 60kg by 27/11/08 --> Nope! Off by 1.3kg. Not too happy with myself.

Goal 3: New years Challenge 56.3kg by the end of the year --> reward a new bikini for summer!

Goal 4: 55kg by my birthday (29/1) --> reward a new wardrobe cos im at GOAL!

This I believe I can do :-).  With a little late start, I pledge I can loose 5 kilo for the month of November :-).  So my first goal is to get from today's 88.9 kilo to 83.9 Kilo :-).  Thanks for giving me the goal kick start. :-). 

GOAL 1/ 79.9kilo

 to be re-achieved Jan 1st  2009. 

GOAL  2/     40 kilo weight loss goal of 75 kilo by January 28th, my 2 year weight release anniversary.

GOAL 3/      50+kilo is my weight release  goal of 65 kilo, to be achieved by May 25th 2009 .

Hi all,

I am only new to TF and would love to join in so I can prove to myself that I can do this. Losing 5kgs is my first goal.

I have my weigh in today so when I get back I will record my weight. I have a feeling that I may have put on a bit. The weekends are a big struggle for me and I tend to put on over the weekend spend the week getting it off and what do you know it is the weekend again and the cycle starts all over again. God, I hate myself for this.

So count me in this challenge and with all my willpower I hope to succeed. I will pledge my weight after I get weeighed this morning.

Hi all,

Iknow I said last week that I would start this challange and lose 5kgs in a month. Well, unfortunatelly it has not happened. I went and had my weigh in on Saturday morning and thankfully my weight was the same. They have messed up me measurement though.

Well I haven't been able to follow the TF program completely this week due to the storm activity in Brisbane. We where very lucky and didn't get any structual damage but our street flooded and we had alot of fallen trees. We have also been with out power for Three days. We have been by more storms and the power always goes out when it is time to cook tea.

Well tomorrow is my weigh in day, so fingers crossed. Hopefully I will be able to start the challange this week.

Well, I'm raedy to start the challenge. Had my weigh in this morning and to my suprise I had lost .5kgs.

So, I pledge to lose 5kgs and in one months time I will weigh in at 75kgs which will have me reaching my first goal that I set for myself.

I probably won't make it to 5 kilos this month; I've lost 4.4kg though.

And there's another 3 days to go, so I'll give my best shot at losing the other 600 grammes!
