Started on Saturday - weigh in at 102.9kg. Aiming to reach 70kg and then see if going down to 65 is appropriate.

I'd like to lose 5kg a month. That would be nice!

I'm in! I'm trying to lose 5kgs this month, and 6kgs by March 1 (before would be great hehe). I'm getting measured (upper arms, thighs, waist and hips) tomorrow, so I'll be going more on measurements than kgs due to muscle, but it would be great to get the 5kgs loss as the cherry on the cake!

MY 30 MINS (+!) OF EXERCISE A DAY CHALLENGE! [HERE]

MINI-GOAL: 55kgs by end of August

From September 2009 onwards, I weigh 52kgs.

Current Weight: 57kgs (August 2009)

Start Weight 59kgs (End July 2009)

I've been on TF for three weeks today and have lost 5.3 Kg..

I'm gonna aim for another 5Kg by 30th February! ( Yep, I know February has only got 28 days this year..)

I used to think that I would lose weight on the 12th actually...the 12th of Never! Now I really believe I'm gonna lose what I need to..

I would like to join the 5kg challenge, my weight has been coming off slowly, so maybe I need some extra motivation.

Cheers

Go for it!

I lost 5.4kg the first week of being on the TF diet! A bit over the top, but I knew that I'd lose at least 2-3kgs straight away as I always do - think that was fluid. My ankles don't look as big as they did, that's for sure!

The second week I lost half a kilo - didn't expect that. But hey, I'm not worried, as the average is still excellent. I'm aiming for 1-2 kilos a week, total 35kg overall.

Third day of third week and I'm down another 2kg, so I'm on target to be 90kg by the end of February. It will be SO nice to be 90kg again. But I'm not stopping there, no way!

On the cooler days it is hard to drink all the water, but I get it down me, one way or another...

I feel a bit tired on the diet, especially in the afternoons, and especially if I've been doing anything energetic. Luckily I spend a lot of time on my computer writing. And I'm sleeping SO much better, probably because I'm tired. I've been a light sleeper and wake up to half a dozen times until now. So that's good too.

I decided not to have any treats - even though some of the recipes looks so simple and delicious. I want to change my eating habits so that when I've lost the weight I won't go back to eating or wanting my once-upon-a-time favourite foods again.

Good luck to everyone - hope you reach your goals!
