| Well done, losing 5kg a month, sometimes I am lucky if I lose 2kg. I need extra motivation to keep me going that's why I visit this site quite a lot for inspiration and motivation. Thanks everyone for being there Cheers

I think I joined a while ago, but got sidetracked with the Valentine's Day Challenge  Now I'm on the Easter Challenge, but I would love love love to lose 5kgs in a month (ending 16 March). I will reassess my goal when I get there, but 5kgs might be all I want to lose, and to get it in a month would be amazing.
MY 30 MINS (+!) OF EXERCISE A DAY CHALLENGE! [HERE] MINI-GOAL: 55kgs by end of August From September 2009 onwards, I weigh 52kgs. Current Weight: 57kgs (August 2009) Start Weight 59kgs (End July 2009)

| Count me in again, for this challenge. I am off to weigh in today, keeping my fingers crossed that I have lost weight last week I lost 0.9kg just under the kilo. Cheers

| i just started today my starting weight is 89.4 well thats what it said at the centre when i started i was wearing jeans a singlet and a shirt and thongs so yeah not sure how much that influences i dont really have a goal set whatever i can get is what ill take but i dont think i would want to get to 60 so maybe 65-70
Start weight: 89.4 kgs 91cm 18/2/2009Current weight: 72.4kgs 76cm 5/7/2009 but i reckon the tape measures at tf are stretched because my tape measure at home says im 80cm
my goal is to get down to 70kgs so im nearly there but will go to a little bit under. hopefully by this stage i will have overcome my extreme shyness and lack of confidence. also to go out with a guy who asked me.

| Ok, so I have 3 weeks left (approx)... I think I can still do this, but it's definitely slower when you don't have much to lose. Changes I'm making: no eating after 8pm, no chai lattes or chocolate-based drinks, no more maccas (even my beloved chicken nuggets) and no more bread. I can do this!
