Hi,

I'm keen to lose 5 kgs a month too...how did your friend manage to lose 8kgs?  I'm only week 2, lost 2 kgs in my first week and was very strict so I'm hoping that I can continue to lose quite a bit each week..I know weight loss slows so am keen to hear how you can do it quicker.  I'm going to the gym and starting a jogging/walking program so hopefully all this will help.

I love your comment about always being sexy - it's not so much the size it's all about the attitude so I totally agree.

Hi to everyone,

I'm joining this thread to lose 5kg a month. I started TF on 20th April, 2009  if you could add me in that would be great.  My weigh in day is Wednesday's  if you want to start me for May thats fine.

Hi all,

This is the second time I am on TF and this time round I am not giving up.

I started the program 21st March this year and have lost a total of 7.5kgs.  Some weeks I do well and loose 2 kgs then other weeks its only 300gms (it so frustrating).  I weighted in at 75.1 and now weigh 67.4 kgs. Still have another 7.4kgs to go. I want to reach by goal weight by 30th June. How can I loose 5kgs per month?????? I am a mum of 2 toddlers and work full time and exercise is sometimes out of the question.

Any suggestions??????

mini goal -- reach 60's by 8/06/09





11/05/09_____74 kg_____start the diet over again. worked out for 2.5 hrs at gym. got neuroscience small test tomorrow, hope i can control to not having snacks while studying
18/05/09_____72 kg_____wow! i'm surprised i just lost 2 kilos! yay!
25/05/09_____71.5 kg____sloowww progress..
01/06/09_____70.5 kg____a lil more to touch the 60's! I CAN DO IT!

hey, umm... can i still be in?? i'm new here and want some trigger to keep motivated lol
yes, i'm ready to lose 5 kgs this month. i started today, May 11 2009, and will be weigh again on May 18 2009.
i actually have this goal of 16 ks losing by the end of june

well i am 2 weeks down...i lost 3.9kg in week 1 and 1.1 kg in week 2...so already 5kg gone...so exciting..
