| Count me in. I am now desperate to loose weight. Always been telling myself that I can loose by exercise and healthy eating, but always find excuses to eat more during night, which is cause of my weight gain. Although I eat healthy food and eat more. I don't eat because I am hungry, I eat becz my brain tells me to..its mental satisfaction. Which I have to control. This time I want to loose it for myself, and would love to end this ongoing weight problem. I have lost weight few times and then always put it back on. This time I will do it....It is going to be hard, but I have no choice. Waist is now reached to 93cm. I feel embarrassed, don't feel good! Current weight is 86kg. Target is 65Kg. I have started TF today.

ok now i am scared first time for everything right lol
this is my first wiegh in thingy that i will not have any excuses for
because now so many other people will be able to see my wieght loss
i have really struggled with myself saying that its ok noone knows or
noone would understand how hard it is, but no more excuses count me in if it is still going
starting date 26th of may
goal date is 26th of october
starting weight 83kgs
goal weight is 60
waist size is 97
hoping and praying that i can do it

I'm excited about this...
I'm on board too! I will start the 5kg a month challenge tomorrow...Best of luck to you guys, it makes everything so much easier when I can come on here and read how everyone else is going.
Unlike so many diets, there is so much support here for everyone involved.
