don't worry wedge. I know how you feel, but just keep doing what your doing maybe cut down on some of the exercise to just half an hour or an hour a day.
You are most likely gaining muscle (but thats a good thing! because it'll help you burn the fat...) i was 79kg and i'm now down to 75.5kg after 3 weeks.... i've only been having small losses the last 2 weeks but that's because i've been doing extra exercise (1 hr or more a day)... you should be able to see a difference in your body even if you aren't losing weight on the scales.
Also make sure you're drinking your 2L of water a day!

Hi Wedge,

Kirsten's right. Knock the exercise on the head. Doing that much, have you been adding an extra serve of protein? If you work out that much you need to add it in, otherwise your muscles will starve and your body will start to hold onto everything and slow down the weight loss.

TF was not designed to do a lot of exercise. Actually, you don't need to do any at all while on the diet, you just need to do your normal daily activity. I lost about 7.1 kgs in the first month and didn't do any exercise at all. Hell, I barely moved off the couch lol. If you were doing that much exercise before, then keep going just up the protein, but if you weren't, then your body has two competing things going on it needs to work on, lose weight and build muscle. Think about cutting it back to a 30-45 minute walk at a brisk pace at least 4 times a week, every day if possible. You will get there in the end hun.
